In 1980, Mrs. Mamie Strong, of the Beta Delta Sigma Alumnae Chapter located in Tallahassee, FL, provided guidance to Lillie Fuller, Lorene Jackson, Celestine Lewis and Linda White in an effort to organize an alumnae chapter in Pensacola, FL. On Friday, April 17, 1981, the EEY-llustrious Epsilon Rho Sigma Alumnae Chapter was chartered at a sorority ceremony held in Atlanta, Georgia. The five charter members being: Ann Benjamin, Gladys Booker, Helen Booker, Barbara Mallory, and Linda Scott. Since being chartered, Epsilon Rho Sigma has been serving our community through sisterhood, scholarship, and service.
